Route to R80 CR16+CR17

CR16 and CR17 are in building R80, which houses Target Station 2 of the ISIS Neutron and Muon Source. 

Unfortunately, the building works for the Vulcan 20-20 upgrade make the route to the conference rooms particularly complex.
